Goodbye to sports and cricket in particular!!!!

Hello everybody this is a very emotional Anil Kumar typing and i have good reason for this.I am in a very depressed mood at the moment and i am sure my readers know the reason for this.Sourav Chandidas Ganguly has not been bought by any of the 10 franchises in the IPL4 auction.I was filled with emotion and tears when i heard about his retirement from international cricket in 2008 and this current situation overlaps that one.How can a person who led a team and topscored for them be dropped and not be bought by any other team as well.He has been my driving my force in cricket for a long time now and now the truth is my interest in the game has been terminated completely thanks to how my icon,a person i have admired so much for a long time is being treated this way.I fail to understand how players like V.V.S.Laxman and Rahul Dravid can be bought and not Sourav because he has scored more runs than both these two together.He was the third highest run scorer in IPL 3 after Tendulkar and Kallis and was 3 time man of the match winner in the 14 matches he played last year.If fielding was the criteria then Sourav was very good in that department as well.He took three great catches last year.To end this i have to say this is the most disappointment i have been subjected to in my almost 21 year old life.I don't feel like the great former Indian captain and god on the off side is getting his due respect.This is not how a country should be treating its sons who have served it well.This will be my last post in relation to sports and goodbye!!!!!
